Using the navigation menu

This section gives an overview of the usage of each navigation menu item. The menu items are roughly ordered so that you will use them from the top to bottom when configuring data integration settings. The displayed navigation menu changes according to the permissions granted by an administrator to each user.

The following table shows which menu items you will use when performing data integration and which menu items you will use when performing data integration with HULFT Transfer.

	Policies	Define policies that include permissions and are applied to groups (users).
	SECURITY
	Password Policy	Check the password policy, such as the number of days that a password is valid for.
	API Token Expiration	Check the expiration dates for the access token and refresh token used for Bearer authentication.
	SYSTEM
	Profiles	Create profiles to define resources used for associated projects.
	Workspaces	Create workspaces to share settings with other users and groups.
	NETWORK
	VPC Endpoint	When the transfer direction is outbound, create a VPC endpoint to connect HULFT Square to your AWS environment (VPC).		*1
	VPN	A list displays VPN services and endpoints that have been created.
	PrivateLink	On the PrivateLink page, you can create PrivateLink settings to connect HULFT Square to your AWS environment via AWS PrivateLink.
	Notifications
	General	Specify whether to send notifications.
	Email	Specify whether to send notifications by email.
	SFTP *2	Specify whether to display a browser notification when the status of an SFTP service changes.
	VPN *2	Specify whether to display a browser notification when the status of a VPN service changes.
	FTP *2	Specify whether to display a browser notification when the status of an FTP service changes.
	REPORT
	Audit Log	Automatically saves logs of user operation, login history, and other activities by date and time.
