Password Policy

On the Password Policy page, the password policy for users is displayed. To change the password policy, select Edit.

For the method to change the password, refer to Personal settings.

Note

When a user with SSO enabled logs in to HULFT Square using SSO, the password policy for the relevant user is disabled.

To open the Password Policy page, select > SECURITY > Password Policy in the navigation menu.

(1) Password expiration

The number of days that a password is valid for is displayed. The password needs to be changed before it expires.

For the method to change the password, refer to Personal settings.

When 0 is set for the password expiration, the password can be used for an indefinite period and doesn't need to be changed.

(2) Edit

Edits the password policy.

Note

Changes to the password policy are applied to all users of HULFT Square.

When you change the password policy, we recommend that you announce it to all users of HULFT Square.
