Calendars

On the Calendars page, you can specify the business days and non-business days of organizations and create calendars. You can link created calendars to scheduled jobs and set a script execution schedule.

To create calendars, select > HULFT INTEGRATE > Calendars in the navigation menu.

 

Users can specify workspaces in calendars to share with other users or groups.

Points for settings

To create a new calendar, select Add New on the Calendars page, and specify the business days and non-business days of the organization.

Calendars

In the navigation menu, select > HULFT INTEGRATE > Calendars to open this page.

On the Calendars page, you can create and delete calendars and view detailed information.

(1) Add New

Select this icon to create a new calendar.

For the screen displayed after selecting this icon, refer to Calendars > Add New.

(2) List of settings

Calendars that have already been created are displayed in tabular form.

(3) Action menu

Select this icon to perform operations for calendars that have been created.

Selecting shows the menu of operations below.

Information

Displays detailed information about the selected calendar.

For the screen displayed after selecting this menu item, refer to Calendars > Calendar name.

Delete

Deletes the selected calendar.

 

Calendars > Add New

On the Calendars page, select Add New to open this page.

Set calendar information to create a calendar by following the wizard-style pages step by step.

Calendars > Calendar name

On the Calendars page, select Information from the action menu in the list of settings to open this page.

You can view detailed information about the selected calendar.

(1) Calendar name

In Calendar name, the name of the calendar is displayed.

(2) Name

The name of the calendar is displayed.

(3) Workspace

The workspace that is used to share the calendar is displayed.

(4) Description

The description of the calendar is displayed.

(5) Author

The author of the calendar is displayed.

(6) Last modifier

The person who last modified the calendar is displayed.

(7) Created

The created date and time of the calendar is displayed.

(8) Updated

The updated date and time of the calendar is displayed.

(9) Profile list

The profiles that the calendar is registered to are displayed in a list.

(10) Action menu

Select this icon to perform operations for calendars that have been registered to profiles.

Selecting shows the menu of operations below.

Information

Displays detailed information about the selected calendar.

For the screen displayed after selecting this menu item, refer to Calendars > Calendar name > Profile name.

Delete

Deletes the selected calendar.

(11) Edit

Edits the calendar.

(12) Add settings

Adds a new calendar.

(13) Delete

Deletes all calendar settings.

 

Calendars > Calendar name > Profile name

On the Calendars > Calendar name page, select Information from the action menu in the profile list to open this page.

You can view detailed information about the selected calendar.

(1) Calendar name > Profile name

In Calendar name, the name of the calendar is displayed.

In Profile name, the name of the profile that this calendar is registered to is displayed.

(2) Name

The name of the calendar is displayed.

(3) Workspace

The workspace that is used to share the calendar is displayed.

(4) Description

The description of the calendar is displayed.

(5) Profiles

The profile for the calendar is displayed.

(6) Base Calendar

The type of base calendar is displayed.

(7) Non business days rules

The non-business day rules for the calendar are displayed.

(8) Author

The author of the calendar is displayed.

(9) Last modifier

The person who last modified the calendar is displayed.

(10) Created

The created date and time of the calendar is displayed.

(11) Updated

The last updated date and time of the calendar is displayed.

(12) Calendar

The created calendar is displayed. Business days are displayed in black characters, and non-business days are displayed in red characters.

(13) Edit

Edits the calendar.

(14) Delete

Deletes the calendar.
