The following are updates and notices on the DataSpider-related Technical Support Site:

■[DataSpider] To Customers Considering Upgrading Their SAP Adapter/SAP Trigger

Thank you for your continued use of DataSpider Servista.
DataSpider Servista has launched its version 4.4 Service Pack 3 (hereafter referred to as 4.4 SP3) on December 5, 2023.
We strongly recommend that customers who are currently considering an upgrade move to version 4.4 SP3 or later.
In 4.4 SP3, three issues related to the SAP Adapter/SAP Trigger have been fixed, improving stability.

DSS-31069
In SAP Trigger, fixed an issue where if a trigger with [Interface] set to [IDoc] is started, the trigger is disabled in either of the following cases:
- When the trigger settings are invalid
- When the script executed by the trigger ends unsuccessfully

DSS-30977
In SAP Adapter, fixed an issue where the number of sessions on the SAP system side increases with the number of executed operations.

DSS-30797
In SAP Trigger, fixed an issue where if a trigger with [Interface] set to [RFC (including BAPI)] is started by a BAPI that is executed in the background, the trigger is disabled in either of the following cases:
- When [Reply Type] is set to [Synchronous] or [Asynchronous], and the trigger settings are invalid
- When [Reply Type] is set to [Synchronous], and the script executed by the trigger ends unsuccessfully

Additionally, 4.4 SP3 includes the contents of both 4.4 SP1 and 4.4 SP2, featuring various updates such as the addition of new connection destinations for existing adapters and the addition of supported versions for the repository DB.
