How to add, change or unsubscribe HULFT/DataSpider Reports delivery destination

You can add, change or unsubscribe HULFT/DataSpider Reports delivery destinations on [myHULFT].

■ Add destination
 Log in to "myHULFT" (※1) with the account of the customer to whom you would like to
 designate a new e-mail address, and configure one of the following settings

 ・Licensed Customers
  1. Click on [Settings] > [Profile]
  2. Scroll down to [Receive the HULFT/DataSpider Reports – Available for subscribers of
   the HULFT Technical Support services].
  3. Set "I want in Japanese (Or English)" in the pull-down menu (※2)

 ・Customers who have not registered their license
  In the "License Registration" screen, register the serial number that you have for
  the support contract.


■ Change destination
  1. Login to "myHULFT"
  2. Click on [Settings] > [Profile]
  3. Click on "Note: To change the email address, click here." and change your e-mail address to
   the one you want (※2)(※3).

   You cannot change your e-mail address to a different user (e-mail address).
   You can only change the email address of the same user.
   If you want to change to a different user, you will need to create a new account.
       

■ Unsubscribe
  1. Login to "myHULFT"
  2. Click on [Settings] > [Profile]
  3. Scroll down to [Receive the HULFT/DataSpider Reports – Available for subscribers of
   the HULFT Technical Support services].
  4. Set " I do not want to receive any information" in the pull-down menu (※2) (※3)

※1: User registration is required to use "myHULFT" (New user registration is here)
※2: Please note that the change may take some time.
※3: You will need to do so separately if you set up the report delivery before 2016.
