Log in and log out

Log in by entering a password or using multifactor authentication (MFA) (first time only)

1. In the email, click the link to validate your email address.

2. On the user registration page, fill in the fields, read and agree to the privacy policy, and select Register.

   You will receive an email from HULFT Square. The email contains your username (email address) and a temporary password.

3. Log in to HULFT Square using the username and temporary password.

   Note

   • The username is case sensitive.

   • When logging in with the temporary password, don't include the period at the end of the message.

Log in by entering a password or using multifactor authentication (MFA)

1. Access the HULFT Square site.

2. On the login screen, enter your username (email address) and select Continue.

3. Enter the password in Password and select Login.

4. If you are using multifactor authentication (MFA), on the multifactor authentication screen, enter the MFA code displayed on your MFA device and select Verify.

   Note

   To use MFA, you need to configure the settings in advance.

   For details about the MFA settings screen, refer to Personal settings.

   To prevent unauthorized access and improve security, it's recommended to configure the settings for MFA.

Log in using SSO

1. Access the HULFT Square site.

2. On the Login screen, enter your username (email address) and select Continue.

   Note

   The email address used to log in to HULFT Square is case-sensitive. Use the correct case when you enter the email address that is registered in Active Directory.

3. On the Active Directory login screen, enter your username and password and select Sign in.

4. You will be asked to agree to the privacy policy when you log in for the first time. Agree to it after you check the contents.

5. After your first login, let the administrator know that you succeeded in signing in and ask them to add you to the appropriate groups.
