About the Disablement of the TLS 1.1 Connection at the HULFT Technical Support site


Thank you for your continued use of the "HULFT Technical Support site". 
As a security reinforcement of the HULFT Technical Support site, we will be disabling the TLS 1.1 encryption protocol.

Therefore, upon access to our HULFT Technical Support site, please make sure to use our recommended browser with the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol. 

1. Start Date

  October 25th, 2019 AM 9:30 (JST)

2.Applicable URLs

   The HULFT Technical Support site upon logging in to or linked from the above URLs.

3.Recommended Browsers

  ■Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 9, 10, 11
  ・IE Version11:
   Compatible with TLS 1.2 by default.
   If the "Stronger security is required" message appears, you may need to turn off the TLS 1.1 settings in the
   [Internet Options] | [Advanced Settings] list.

  ・IE Versions 9 and 10:
   To enable the TLS 1.2 encryption, you need to put a check in the box next to [Use TLS 1.2] from the
   [Internet Options] | [Advanced Settings] list.

  ■Mozilla Firefox 
   Latest stable version: Compatible by default. 

  ■Google Chrome 
   Latest stable version: Compatible by default.

  Regarding each browser setting, please verify with your environment's system administrator or browser vendor.
