[Glossary] HULFT Transfer
- HULFT Transfer

This is the function name of the file transfer service provided by HULFT Square.
The HULFT Transfer service acts as an application for file transfers between systems such as HULFT Square and an on-premises HULFT system that is included in the core system.
- Receive (inbound)

This is a function in which HULFT Square receives files from the remote host.
- Send (outbound)

This is a function that sends files from HULFT Square to the remote host.
- Receiving-side host

In file transfers that use the HULFT Transfer service, this is the host that receives the files.
For example, when you receive files sent from an on-premises HULFT system with HULFT Square, HULFT Square is the receiving-side host.
- Sending-side host

In file transfers that use the HULFT Transfer service, this is the host that sends the files.
For example, when you send files from HULFT Square to an on-premises HULFT system, HULFT Square is the sending-side host.
- Remote host

This is the host that is the file transfer partner.
- HULFT Receiver

This is the engine that executes the receive function. This may also refer to the container for receiving.
Create (set up) the HULFT Transfer service to use this.
When you use the HULFT Transfer service for receiving, you need to start the HULFT Transfer service (HULFT Receiver) first.
- HULFT Sender

This is the engine that executes the send function. This may also refer to the container for sending.
Create (set up) the HULFT Transfer service to use this.
When you use the HULFT Transfer service for sending, you need to start the HULFT Transfer service (HULFT Sender) first.
- HULFT connector

HULFT connector is a connector used to send files from HULFT Square.
To use this connector, set the information to issue Send File (PUT) for HULFT Sender.
To receive files with HULFT Square, you don't need HULFT connector.
- HULFT Transfer service settings

This is the settings information for the operating environment of the application that is set for HULFT Receiver or HULFT Sender.
Set it from following menu in the navigation menu:

> SERVICES > HULFT Transfer
To enable the values you set, you need to restart the HULFT Transfer service.

- HULFT management information (transfer settings)

This is the general term for the settings information required for file transfers such as receiving and sending.
The types of management information are:

Receive Config

Send Config

Host Info
In the HULFT Transfer service, you need to set the management information above for each file to be transferred.
= Remarks =To change the file name of the file to be transferred, use the HULFT connector settings for outbound and the Transfer job settings for inbound.

This is the transfer settings information for the receiving-side that is set to HULFT Receiver.
Set it from the following menu in the navigation menu:

> HULFT TRANSFER > Receive Config

- Send Config

This is the transfer settings information for the sending-side that is set to HULFT Sender.
Set it from the following menu in the navigation menu:

> HULFT TRANSFER > Send Config

- Host Info
-
This is the settings information related to the remote host for the file transfer.
Set it from the following menu in the navigation menu:

> HULFT TRANSFER > Host Info

- Transfer Test
-
Transfer Test refers to a general operational test before actual operation and a communication test to check whether you can transfer files correctly.
