Entering an installation directory

Enter the name of the installation directory (that you selected in Selecting the installation directory) for the product to be installed, as an alphanumeric string within 200 bytes. After entering it, press the TAB key to place the cursor on 'NEXT' and then press the Enter key.

Note

For Update Installation, specify the path of the directory in which the existing HULFT product is installed. If you specify a wrong path, existing environment settings are not inherited.
When you select 'Product Key Update,' the installation directory of HULFT for which you intend to update the Product Key is displayed. Do not change the directory path.

= Remarks =

If the environment variable is already set during Update Installation, the respective defaults of the path will be displayed. If it is not set, the current directory from which the setup program was started will be displayed.
The strings such as 'HULEXEP' and 'HULPATH' that are at the end of each directory explanation are used as environment variables by the product to be installed.

Example of the settings when you use clustering functions (the same screen as above)

When you install HULFT in a clustering environment, specify a directory on the local disk for the HULFT execution module storage directory (HULEXEP) and specify a directory on the shared disk for the HULFT environment settings file storage directory (HULPATH).
