Saison Technology Co. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Makoto Hayama; hereinafter referred to as "Saison Technology") announced that it has donated approximately 1% of its operating profit. The donation was made to nine organizations that carry out activities related to the company's mission and materiality, with the aim of accelerating sustainability management.

We regard our donor organizations as experts with knowledge of our key issues and strive to foster further understanding of these issues and a relationship of trust through invitations to employee talk events, visits to facilities, participation in training and other activities.

• 1. Bridging the digital divide for the visually impaired (2 organizations, total) in line with the mission "Connect the world’s data and make it useful for everyone".
  (2 organizations, 2.4 million yen)
  To help bridge the digital divide for the visually impaired, we made donations to Japan Braille Library and Japan Vocational Development center for the Blind and low vision, as we did last year.
• 2. Elimination of economic and experience disparities in accordance with materiality ‘Human’ (5 organizations, total approx. 4.1 million).
  This year, we will continue to contribute to bridging the experience gap through our support for free camps for children organized by the Children's USNOVA Foundation. We will also collaborate with our overseas offices to support the activities of Samaritan House in the US, Child Poverty Action Group in the UK, Children's Wishing Well in Singapore and the Equitable Education Fund in Thailand.
• 3. Support for natural resources and safe and secure living in accordance with the materiality 'Environment' (2 organizations, total: approx. 3.3 million yen).
  In our ongoing partnership with Conservation International, we have decided to support a new whale shark conservation project using satellite tag data, which is more compatible with our data-based business. This year, we will again contribute to As You Sow, an organization that encourages businesses and investors to work towards a sustainable and fair society.
