Technical Support Service Procedure
If a customer purchases new technical support services or if a customer who is already using the technical support services wants to update, the latest "Terms and Conditions for Software Products Technical Support Agreement" will be applied. Please be sure to confirm them before placing an order.
How to Apply for New Technical Support Services
In principle, please apply at the same time you purchase (order) the product.
Start Date of Technical Support Services
The start reference date for technical support services is the first day of the month following the shipment date of the supported product.
How to Use the Technical Support Services
- If you order the product and technical support services at the same time, technical support services will be available from the product shipment date.
- If you do not order the product and technical support services at the same time, technical support services will be available after completing our procedures.
Please note that the contract period starts on the first day of the month following the shipment of product.
Technical Support Service Period
Period of technical support services can be specified in years from the start date.
*If you wish to set the start date of the technical support services after the start reference date, you can add technical support services for the required number of months (in one-month increments) by using the "Installation Period Pack."
*The technical support services start date can only be set on the first day of each month. The period cannot be adjusted on a per day basis.
Notes when ordering the "Installation Period Pack"
Please be sure to order it with technical support services. Placing orders separately is not available.
Please be sure to place your order before the start reference date. Placing orders after the start reference date is not available.
HULFT Series products excluding DataSpider, PIMSYNC, Thunderbus, DataSpider BPM, and DataSpider Cloud are eligible.
Deadline of Technical Support Services Renewal Procedure
Please complete the renewal procedure at least four business days prior to the end of the current technical support service agreement period. Please also contact our sales representative at least three months prior to the end of the technical support service agreement.
Start Date for the Renewed Technical Support Services
Service start date will be the day after the current technical support service ends.
Renewed Technical Support Service Period
Period of renewed technical services can be specified in years from the start date of technical support services.
*Even if you apply for the renewal procedure after the end of the technical support service agreement period, the service start date will be the day after the end date of the previous service period.
*Please note that in principle, technical support services will be suspended during the period from the end date of the technical support service agreement period until you apply for the renewal procedure.

*Please note that for orders that are placed close to the end date of the technical support service agreement, there may be a period in which renewed services will not be available. In addition, when ordering during the year-end and New Year holidays, long holidays in late April and early May, etc., please place your order well in advance, taking into consideration our company's holidays.
