* When installing DataSpider Servista with version x64, please use the Windows X86 Installer (DataSpider Servista starts up as a 32-bit application).

** When installing the DataSpider Client in the x64 version, or installing the stand-alone, please use the Windows X86 Installer (DataSpider Servista starts up as a 32-bit application).

*** When installing, please use the specialized installer.

When a guest is OS operating on a virtual system, the OS that includes the core operating environment will be the supported OS.

When the Multilingual User Interface Pack has been added to Windows, the operating environment that has had the user interface changed to Japanese will be supported.

Virtualization System Support

DataSpider Servista supports the following virtualization systems:

  • VMware
  • Citrix XenServer
  • Hyper-V

Regarding guest OSs utilizing a virtualization solution, those in the above OS list are supported so long as the guest OS is itself compatible with the virtualization system.
