Function

Calculates period between the two inputs and returns the value by year.

Function Details

The logic calculates the period from the date/time of the first handler to that of the second handler by year.
The value will be negative if the date/time of the first handler is the future than that of the second handler.
The fraction smaller than a year in the difference between two date/time values is round down and the number of years is returned in numeral.
