Sending of Password Setup Request Emails

This section explains how to send password setup request emails to users.

1. Select the Account Management menu in Management Console.

The Account Management screen is displayed.

2. In the account list, click the [Password Setup Request] button in the row of the relevant account.

The confirmation message to send the email is displayed.

3. Click the [OK] button.

The message 'The mail to request for password setting has been sent.' is displayed.

If the user does not receive the email, confirm that the email address registered in Registration of Account is correct. Also, check whether the email was delivered to the user's spam or junk mail folder.

= Remarks =

When the user completes the password setup, the [Password Setup Request] button is no longer displayed.

While the [Password Setup Request] button is displayed, you can click the [Password Setup Request] button to send a password setup request email as many times as you want.
