In this scenario, create a connection to a MySQL database. You need to provide the host, database, and account information of MySQL during creation.
Procedures
Create a connection to a MySQL database

Select
> HULFT INTEGRATE > Connections.

On the Connections page, select Add New.

In step Type on the Connections > Add New page, enter MySQL in the search box.
= Remarks =You can select a connector from the connector list to narrow down resource types.

From the Type list, select MySQL 8.0 connection, and then select Next.

In step General, set the fields related to connection resources as shown below, and then select Next.

In step Settings, set the following information, and then select Next.

The host and database information, or the URL information for the target MySQL database
= Remarks =When the MySQL database exists in your environment on AWS and connection via PrivateLink is required because public access is not available, specify DNS for the VPC endpoint in Hostname.

In step Profiles, select a profile.
= Remarks =When you select a profile, the connection is registered to the profile. The profile can be used to switch the resource settings.

In step Summary, confirm that the settings are correct, and then select Finish.
