Modification

The procedure for modifying a record of the Mail Interface Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Mail Interface Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Mail Interface Information

    The Mail Interface Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use one of the following methods:

    • Entering the Mail Interface ID for the record that you intend to modify in the input field of Mail Interface ID, and clicking OK

    • Selecting the Mail Interface ID on the list and clicking Edit on the toolbar

    • Right-clicking the Mail Interface ID on the list and selecting Edit on the pop-up menu

    • Selecting and double-clicking the Mail Interface ID on the list

    The Mail Interface Information Update screen is displayed.

  3. Modify the contents of the Mail Interface Information.

    After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    An overwrite confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click Yes.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the Mail Interface Information is modified as specified, and the Mail Interface Information List screen is displayed.
