Copy
To copy a record of the Job Information, open the record of the Job Information at the copy destination, read the contents of the original record of the Job Information, and save the record.
The procedure for copying a record of the Job Information is as follows:
1. Display the Job Information Update screen at the copy destination.
When you copy the record of the Job Information to a new job ID
Display the Job Information Update screen for the new job ID.
When you copy the record of the Job Information to an existing job ID
Display the Job Information Update screen for the existing job ID.

2. Read the contents of the original record of the Job Information.
Enter 'COPY Original job ID' on the following screen and press the Enter key:

The contents of the Job Information record for the specified job ID are read.
3. Enter 'SAVE' for the COMMAND on the screen in step 2. and press the Enter key.
The record of the Job Information at the copy destination is overwritten and saved with the contents of the original job ID that you specified.
To cancel copying the record of the Job Information and return to the previous screen, after you enter 'SAVE' for the COMMAND, press PF3 before you press the Enter key.
