Displaying the Job Information Update screen

You can display the Job Information Update screen from one of the following screens:

  • Job Information List screen

  • System Configuration screen

The procedure for displaying the Job Information Update screen is as follows:

Case where you select job ID on Job Information List screen

1. Enter '3' for the OPTION on the System Configuration screen.

Do not enter anything for the ID.

2. Press the Enter key.

The Job Information List screen appears.

3. Enter 'S' in the input area on the left side of the relevant job ID, and then press the Enter key.

The Job Information Update screen appears with the contents that are already registered.

Case where you directly specify job ID on System Configuration screen

1. On the System Configuration screen, enter as follows:

When you display the Job Information Update screen for a new job ID

OPTION:

ID:

New job ID

When you display the Job Information Update screen for an existing job ID

OPTION:

3

ID:

Existing job ID

2. Press the Enter key.

The Job Information Update screen appears.
