Status codes and detail codes for Receive processing

This section explains status codes and detail codes for the Receive processing.

Note

When you contact your Technical Support Service representative, notify them of the system code.

Check if the request from the sending-side host is correct. If it is correct, take one of the following measures:

  1. If the information of the sending-side host is not registered in the Host Information, register the information.

  2. If the information of the sending-side host is already registered in the Host Information, modify the setting that allows accepting Instant Transfer requests in the Host Information.

  3. Register the prefix of the receive file name in the list of receive file names that are allowed in instant transfer.

  4. In the list of receive volumes that are allowed in instant transfer, register the volume that is specified for the location on the receiving-side host.
