Modification

The procedure for modifying a record of the Job Information is as follows:

  1. Use either of the following methods:

    • Clicking Job Information in the Management Information section of the Home screen

    • Clicking System Configuration > Job Information

    The Job Information List screen is displayed.

  2. Use one of the following methods:

    • Entering the job ID for the record that you intend to modify in the input field of Job ID, and clicking OK

    • Selecting the job ID on the list and clicking Edit on the toolbar

    • Right-clicking the job ID on the list and selecting Edit on the pop-up menu

    • Selecting and double-clicking the job ID on the list

    The Job Information Update screen is displayed.

  3. Modify the contents of the Job Information.

    After entering the information, click Save on the toolbar.

    An overwrite confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click Yes.

    A successful completion message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    The record of the Job Information is modified as specified, and the Job Information List screen is displayed.
