Editing the Installation Information file

Modify the Installation Information file that you created, according to the host in which you are going to install the application using Silent Installation.

For details on the creation of the Installation Information file, refer to Creating an Installation Information file.

 

Fields should be written in the format 'Field=set value.' Open the Installation Information file with a text editor and modify the set value as needed.

Example:

When you modify the set value for MYHOSTNAME from 'host01' to 'host02' in the Installation Information file:

Before

MYHOSTNAME=host01

After

MYHOSTNAME=host02
