Calculates period between the two inputs and returns the value by month.

Function Details

The logic calculates the period from the date/time of the first handler to that of the second handler by month.
The value will be negative if the date/time of the first handler is the future than that of the second handler.
values is round down and the number of months is returned in numeral.
