The operations performable for each permission

If a general user is expected to execute the utled command and establishes a connection directly to SQL Server by using Windows authentication, you must omit the user name from the database connection information.
If you do not want to omit the user name, you must define a local policy to add the privilege Impersonate a Client After Authentication to the user. If you do not add this privilege to the user, an error occurs due to the lack of privileges.
