When you would like to look at content designated for Partners, please agree to the following terms and conditions and submit your application to the Company.

The special contents for the Partner are available on myHULFT. If you submit the application before the completion of your registration for myHULFT, an ID and a password for myHULFT are newly issued. If you submit the application after the completion of your registration for myHULFT, the additional authority is provided on the issued ID and password for myHULFT.

• The special contents for the Partner are available only for distributors for products for HULFT series and any distributors approved by SAISON TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (the “Company”). Such distributors are collectively defined as the “Partners.” The Issued ID and/or password must not be assigned nor transferred to any third party without the approval of the Company.
• The Partners are responsible for maintaining the issued ID and password. In case of losing such ID and/or password, the Partners must inform to the Company through the procedure designated by the Company. Should the ID and/or password are disclosed to any third party and used improperly, any such use of this site is deemed to the use of the Partners, and the Company is not liable for such improper use.
• Any and all copyrights, trademark rights, and any other intellectual property rights regarding information such as writings, pictures, trademarks, logos, illustrations, and designs on this site (collectively “Posted Data”) are owned by the Company, any authors and/or other right owners. The Partners may use, copy, send and distribute the Posted Data only for the purpose of advertising and/or selling of products for HULFT series and must not make such use for any other purposes.
• In case that any conditions for using the Posted Data (e.g., a start date of any announcement for customers) are provided within this site and/or the Posted Data, the Partner must follow such conditions.
• In case of changing of a contact information submitted at the time of the issuance of an ID and a password due to any reason such as changing a position or a status of a person in charge, the Partners must inform such change to the Company and, if necessary, may newly apply for issuing an ID and a password as per instruction from the Company.

• The Partner may be disqualified to log in this site in case of one of the followings and the Company may, at its own discretion, delete the issued ID and/or password.

  Reasons for disqualification for logging in
  - In case of no log into this site for 12 months.
  - In case that any contact is not available to the contact information submitted at the time of issuance of an ID and a password.
  - In case that any false information is provided at the time of issuance of an ID and a password.
  - In case that the Partners breach and/or violate any terms and conditions set forth above and the Company decides such breach and/or violation are pernicious.
