New Project

Create new project.
New project can also be created project from My Projects or Designer.
See The Basic Knowledge of Service to learn more more about the concepts of projects and scripts.

Create new project

  1. A new project can be create by the procedure described below.
  2. "New project" properties open.
    Input project name and click [Next] button.
    Description of items
    Item name Description Remarks
    Project name Specify a project name.
    Share project Select whether to enable sharing of the project.
    • [Checked]:
      Project sharing is enabled.
    • [Not Checked]:(default)
      Project sharing is not enabled.
    • Enable when Repository DB is enabled.
    Create script together Select whether a script should be created upon new project creation.
    • [Checked]:(default)
      A script is created.
    • [Not Checked]:
      No script is created.
    		  

  3. Specify a name for the script and click [Finish] to complete.

    Script name Specify a script name.

  4. Both the project and script have been created. Designer will launch.

Open Project

Deploys the selected project in Designer.
Projects can be opened within My Projects and by Designer menu action.

  1. A new project can be create by the procedure described below.
  2. My Projects view opens.

    Studio

    Description of items
    Item name Description Remarks
    Open existing project Enter project name to open to [Project name].

    Click [Browse] button to activate the file Selectr and Select the project.    		  
    Shared Project If project name specified in [Project name] exists with the same name in shared /non-shared, then Select whether to open a shared project.
    • [Checked]:
      Open the shared project.
    • [Not Checked]: (default)
      Open a non-shared projects.
    • Enabled when [Open existing project] is checked.
    Owner If project name specified in [Project name]have the same name for different users then select project of which user to open.
    • Enabled when [Open existing project] is checked.
    • The default is log-in user.
    Open the project used recently Selects the name of the projects used recently from the list.
    • The default value of projects shown is "10".
      Setting can be changed from [Option settings] of Designer.

    Studio for Web

    Description of items
    Item name Description Remarks
    Name The name of the project.  
    Owner The owner of the project.  
    Created The date and time the file was originally created.  
    Modified The date and time the file was last modified.  
    Shared Project sharing settings. Shared projects are displayed [Shared] (Nothing is displayed for non-shared projects).

  3. Select a project and click [Finish] to complete.

  4. Designer will launch and the project is opened.

Most recently used projects

For Studio for Web only
List of most recently used projects are shown in the view.
Projects to be opened can also be selected from this list.
