ライセンス違反時の警告メール

ライセンスの上限を超えて本サービスを利用した場合、ライセンスに違反していることを警告するメールを HULFT-WebConnect から自動送信します。

通知条件

以下の場合に、警告メールを送信します。

  • 配信した転送データの総量が、ライセンスで定めた上限を超えている場合

  • ブラウザ転送設定グループが、使用できるライセンスの上限を超えて使用「可」状態で登録されている場合

  • D-Client 設定が、使用できるライセンスの上限を超えて使用「可」状態で登録されている場合

  • ライセンスの有効期限が過ぎた状態でファイル転送を行った場合

警告メールは、ライセンス違反が解消されるまで1日に1度送信されます。

注意

メールの宛先は、アカウントID（通知先アドレス）以外に追加登録することができます。通知先アドレスの追加登録は、Management Console の[通知メール設定]画面で行ってください。なお、複数の通知先アドレスを設定した場合、メールはアドレスごとに送信されます。

通知内容

以下の内容を、ライセンス違反時の警告メールとして送信します。

注意

メール本文に表示される送信元のユーザアカウント名（アカウントIDの一部）は、Management Console の[通知メール設定]画面で任意の名称に変更することができます。

初期設定では、通知先のメール本文にユーザアカウント名がそのまま表示される設定となっていますのでご注意ください。

表6.1 転送データ量が上限を超過した場合の通知内容
