Warning Email for License Violation

When your license limit is exceeded, HULFT-WebConnect automatically sends a warning email notifying the recipient of the license violation.

Conditions of Email Notification

HULFT-WebConnect sends a warning email in the following cases:

When the total amount of data transferred exceeds the license limit
When the total number of Browser Transfer Groups with 'Enable' status exceeds the license limit
When the total number of D-Client settings with 'Enable' status exceeds the license limit
When a file is transferred after the license expiration date has passed

HULFT-WebConnect will send a warning email once a day until the license violation is resolved.

Note

On the Email Notification Settings screen in Management Console, you can add email addresses for email notifications other than the account ID (notification destination address). If multiple notification destination addresses are set, HULFT-WebConnect sends email notifications to each email address.

Contents of Email Notification

The following information is sent as a warning email when there is a license violation.

Note

You can change the sender's user account name (the part of your account ID) displayed in the email body to a name of your choice on the Email Notification Settings screen in Management Console.

Note that the user account name is displayed in the email body of the notification destination address by default.
