Deletion of Account

Even if you click Delete button on the Account Management screen, that account cannot be deleted if it is registered to a Browser Transfer Group or D-Client settings.

To delete, perform the following steps and then click Delete button on the Account Management screen.

  • When the account you want to delete is registered to a Browser Transfer Group

    Perform one of the following:

    • Delete the Browser Transfer Group that the account you want to delete is registered to.

    • Change the email address for 'Account' of the Browser Transfer Group that the account you want to delete is registered to.

  • When the account you want to delete is registered in D-Client settings

    Perform one of the following:

    • Delete the D-Client settings that the account you want to delete is registered to.

    • Change the email address for 'Account' of the D-Client settings that the account you want to delete is registered to.
