Restart of Agent
When the startup of Agent and the file transfer fail consecutively, restart Agent according to the following procedure:
(1) Termination of Agent
For details on how to terminate Agent, refer to Termination of Agent.
(2) Confirmation of the Agent process
Confirm the termination of the Agent process.
If the process is still running, terminate the process manually.
For Windows
Confirm whether the Java process for Agent has been terminated by checking the Task Manager List provided by the OS.
If Agent has been started as a service in your OS, also confirm whether 'webconnect-agent.exe' has been terminated.
For Linux
Confirm whether the Java process for Agent has been terminated by using the process status display command (ps command).
(3) Confirmation of the Agent connection status
Confirm the connection status of Agent on Management Console.
If the connection information of the terminated Agent remains, disconnect the corresponding Agent.
(4) Startup of Agent
