Assigning users to units

This section describes how to assign general users to units. General users can manage the units to which they are assigned.

Administrators can manage all units, so it is not necessary to assign administrators to units.

1. Display the operation screen of Manager

Display the operation screen of Manager.

2. Assign general users to a unit

On the operation screen of Manager, assign general users to a unit.

  1. On the User List screen, select general users (users for which [Role Name] is [USER]) to assign to the unit.

    Information about units that are assigned to the selected user is displayed on the Managed Units screen.

    You can change the user name by clicking [Name].

  2. On the Managed Units screen, click [Attach Unit].

    The Attach Unit screen appears.

  3. On the Attach Unit screen, select the unit to be assigned to a user.

  4. Click [Add Unit].

    The unit that was assigned to the user appears on the Managed Units screen.
