Overview of application logs

Application logs are logs that Manager outputs for debugging. For investigations, our support department may ask you to get the application logs.

Output location
Installation-directory-of-Manager/logs/application.log

If the installation directory is the default, the file is there:

Windows: C:\HULFT Family\hulftiot-manager\manager\logs\application.log
Linux: /opt/hulftiot-manager/manager/logs/application.log
Backing up

The log file is backed up per 10 MB.

The name of backup file is application[x].log (x is "0" to "9"). The backup files are stored in the same directory as the application log file.
