Deleting tasks from the Receive Task Queue

You can delete a task to be executed from the Receive Task Queue of Agent.

1. Display the operation screen of Manager

Display the operation screen of Manager.

2. Delete a task to be executed

On the operation screen of Manager, delete a task that has not yet been executed.

  1. On the operation screen of Manager, click [Agent].

    The Agent List screen appears.

  2. On the Agent List screen, click the check button of the Agent instance for which you want to delete a task, and then click [Action].
  3. Click [Manage Receive Task Queue].

    Tasks to be executed are displayed on the Manage the Receive Task Queue screen.

  4. On the Manage the Receive Task Queue screen, click the check button of the task that you want to delete.
  5. Click [Delete].
