Change of the setting name in the environment settings file

Description

The names of settings in the environment settings file (application.properties) have been changed as follows:

Settings type	Ver1.3 or lower	Ver1.4.0
application.properties	send.log.truncation.cron	transfer.log.truncation.cron
	send.log.notification.cron	transfer.log.notification.cron
