HULFT IoT Agent might execute a send processing of log information to HULFT IoT Manager every second

Phenomenon

By some reason such as a malfunction occurs on the network or the polling interval is too long, the transfer logs or trace logs are accumulated on the HULFT IoT Agent environment separately ( _agentsnd.log.sequential# files and _agenttrace.log.sequential# files are created in the HULFT IoT Agent environment).

In this case, when HULFT IoT Agent connects HULFT IoT Manager, HULFT IoT Agent might execute a send processing of the log information to HULFT IoT Manager every second but not at polling intervals.

Condition to reproduce

This phenomenon occurs after HULFT IoT Agent connects HULFT IoT Manager during all of the following conditions are met:

• Log information has been divided by some reason such as network malfunction or a long polling interval, and the _agentsnd.log.sequential# files and the _agenttrace.log.sequential# files exist in the HULFT IoT Agent environment.

• HULFT IoT Agent is performing with the "communication time limit" setting to "off".

Status description

When the conditions described at the condition to reproduce are met, even after HULFT IoT Agent connected HULFT IoT Manager, HULFT IoT Agent sends the log information at polling intervals.
