API response parameters are added

Description

The following API functions added the response parameter of the number of Agents in use.

 

Added reaponse parameter

Acquire an Activation key	numberOfActiveAgents
Enable and disable Activation Whitelist function

According to this improvement, the "Acquire a list of Agent instances by specifying status" API function was deleted.

 

Also, the term of API key is added to the response of the following API function.
