Correction method of the time that is output when numeric values are input to the Get hour logic of mapping

Description

When numeric values are input to the Get hour logic of mapping, values corrected according to the time zone are output.

Output value of Get hour	When numeric values are input, these values are regarded as the time of the runtime side machine executing the script and converted to date and time, and the UTC time is acquired.	When numeric values are input, these values are regarded as the time of the runtime side machine executing the script and converted to date and time, and the time in the time zone where runtime operates is acquired.
