Troubleshooting communication test
If the communication test failed, confirm the following items.
(1) Confirmation on the application server

Does Agent activate?
If the session to Agent is not online, a file does not be transferred.

Had Manager been started when you stored the file in the directory on the IoT equipment?
If both Manager and Agent had not been started at the same time, a file was not transferred.

Are they correct that the contents that you specified on the Transfer Settings screen?
If the setting is different from the directory name and the file name on the IoT equipment, the file on the IoT equipment is not monitored.

Is it correct that the directory that you confirmed if the file was transferred?
The file is received in the directory that you have set on the Transfer Settings screen.
(2) Confirmation on the IoT equipment

Is it correct that the name of the directory that you created?
Agent monitors the directory that you specified by using the Transfer Settings screen.
If the directory name is different, the file is not monitored.

Is the file stored in the created directory?
If the file is not contained in the specified directory, Agent does not transfer a file.

Is it correct that the name of the file that you created?
Agent monitors the file that you specified by using a Transfer Settings screen.
If the file name is different, the file is not monitored.

Is it correct that the file that you stored in the directory?
In the communication test, the file size is a trigger.
If the file size is 0 (anything has not been written in the file), Agent does not transfer the file.
