A monitored file may be detected repeatedly

Phenomenon

Agent may repeatedly detect a monitored file. If the monitored file is detected repeatedly, one transfer will succeed, but the other transfer will fail as a following error:

Error code: 1001

Content: File open failed.

Affected versions

From Ver.1.0.0 to Ver.1.3.1

Version when it was corrected

Ver.1.4.0

Condition to reproduce

This phenomenon might occur when all the following conditions are met:

  • "Delete" is registered for the "File Deletion after Transfer" of the transfer settings by using an operation screen of Manager.

  • The file is monitored with a high frequency.

Alternative workaround

The occurrence of this issue will reduce by reducing the frequency of the file monitoring.

Status description

Even if the conditions described at the condition to reproduce are met, a monitored file will not be detected repeatedly.
