If Agent fails to connect Manager just after Agent started, the information that an Agent status display command (huliotinfo) outputs is incorrect

Phenomenon

When Agent fails to connect to Manager for the first time after Agent started, in spite of Agent retries to connect to Manager, the value of the following items that are output by the Agent status display command (huliotinfo) is fixed to zero.

• POLLING RETRY COUNT

• POLLING LATENCY

Agent fails to connect to Manager for the first time after Agent starts by some reasons.

When Agent fails to connect to Manager for the first time after Agent started by some reasons, the values that are used for the retry operation are output.
