When Agent activation fails, the information that an Agent status display command (huliotinfo) outputs is incorrect

Phenomenon

When Agent activation fails, in spite of Agent retries activation, the following information that are output by an Agent status display command (huliotinfo) is fixed to zero.

• POLLING RETRY COUNT

• POLLING LATENCY

Condition to reproduce

Agent fails to be activated by some reasons.

Alternative workaround

None

Status description

The value that is selected for the retry operation is output even if Agent fails to be activated by any reasons.
