If the characters that are longer than the specifiable length are written in a successful job or an unsuccessful job by using the "Modify Transfer Settings details" API function, the returned HTTP status code is "500" that is not appropriate.

Condition to reproduce

This phenomenon occurs when the characters that are longer than the specifiable length are written in a successful job or an unsuccessful job by using the "Modify Transfer Settings details" API function.

Status description

If the characters exceeding the specifiable length are specified, HTTP status code "400" is returned.
