[Apply] on the Options setting window for Designer remains inactive and is not clickable.

Condition to reproduce

The phenomenon occurs when the screen is displayed for the following procedure:

1. Open Designer.

2. Select [Tool] - [Option] from the menu.

3. The Options setting window is displayed.

Note, the [Apply] button remains inactive even if the script is edited and executed.

Alternative workaround

None

Status description

[Apply] on the Options setting window becomes active and is clickable.
