Make an inquiry to the support center
When you need support for trouble with using HULFT Square, have a question about how to use the functions, or have a request, please go to the support page and refer to the FAQ articles or make an inquiry if required.
Description
To make an inquiry to the HULFT Square Technical Support Center, go to the support page and raise a support ticket.
Take the following steps in order to make an inquiry to the support center.
Procedures

Select
> Support Center on the upper-right of the screen for HULFT Square.
The support page is displayed.

On the support page, check for the information you need.
Before making an inquiry, you can refer to the articles provided on this page. You can find the information you need by selecting tabs or searching by keywords.
For tips, refer to Tips on how to search the FAQ, how to specify keywords, etc..

Select Technical FAQs or General FAQs.
There are the following two kinds of FAQs:

Technical FAQs
FAQs related to how to use the HULFT Square service, HULFT Integrate, and HULFT Transfer

General FAQs
FAQs related to supported browsers, service manuals, version updates, and contracts

Check for an answer for your question.
(3) Raise a ticket if you can't find the answer you need in the FAQs

Select Contact us.

On the Contact us page, fill in the fields and then select Submit.

In the upper-right corner, select your account name, and select My activities.

On the My requests page, select the inquiry you want to check.

If you have further inquiries, select Add to conversation at the bottom of the page, and enter the additional inquiry.

Select Submit.

When you get the answer, close the ticket.
