How to look up HULFT Transfer errors
This section describes how to look up HULFT Transfer errors and how to contact support.
How to display the details of an error

Select
> SERVICE EVENTS > HULFT Transfer. -
Select Detail from the action menu of the event log record you want to check.

Details of the error are shown at the bottom of the displayed details page.
How to look up the error code
Status codes

Find Status code on the details page displayed in How to display the details of an error.

Look up the corresponding status code from Status codes.
Detail codes

Open the developer tools on the details page displayed in How to display the details of an error.
= Remarks =You can open the developer tools by pressing the F12 key.

Reload the details page.

Search for "detailCode" in the Network tab to check the detail code.
The value of this "detailCode" is the detail code of HULFT.

Look up the corresponding detail code from Detail codes.
Status codes are classified as follows.
When a process finishes successfully, the status code is "0".
