When an SFTP service can't be connected
Some SFTP clients may be unable to make the connection due to an inconsistency in the SSH server certificates.
If a client can't make the connection, you may be able to connect it by deleting a server certificate kept on the client. For example, delete the ".ssh/known_host" file.
For specific instructions, please contact the support desk of your SFTP client.
- Example: Windows
-
The file location is as follows:
%USERPROFILE%\.ssh\known_host
