Displaying the Multi Format Information Update screen

You can display the Multi Format Information Update screen from one of the following screens:

  • Multi Format Information List screen

  • System Configuration screen

The procedure for displaying the Multi Format Information Update screen is as follows:

Case where you select multi format ID on Multi Format Information List screen

1. Enter '7' for the OPTION on the System Configuration screen.

Do not enter anything for the ID.

2. Press the Enter key.

The Multi Format Information List screen appears.

3. Enter 'S' in the input area on the left side of the relevant multi format ID, and then press the Enter key.

The Multi Format Information Update screen appears with the contents that are already registered.

Case where you directly specify multi format ID on System Configuration screen

1. On the System Configuration screen, enter as follows:

When you display the Multi Format Information Update screen for a new multi format ID

OPTION:

7

ID:

New multi format ID

When you display the Multi Format Information Update screen for an existing multi format ID

OPTION:

7

ID:

Existing multi format ID

2. Press the Enter key.

The Multi Format Information Update screen appears.
