HULFT startup preparation

This section explains the preparations required to start HULFT system.

The operations that are required to carry out each processing of HULFT system are as follows:

• Send processing

  Modification of the Startup JCL for the Send program (XRSND). (Refer to Modification of the Startup JCL (PROC) for the Send program (XRSND).)

• Receive processing

  Modification of the Startup JCL for the Receive program (XRRCV). (Refer to Modification of the Startup JCL (PROC) for the Receive program (XRRCV).)

• Request Acknowledge processing for requests from remote host

  Modification of the Startup JCL for the Request Acknowledge program (XRACCPT). (Refer to Modification of the Startup JCL (PROC) for the Observe program (XRACCPT).)

 

The JCL jobs that start HULFT system are shown below. For details about each JCL, refer to the explanation about startup and end of HULFT in Operation Manual.

• XRSND (Send program)

• XRRCV (Receive program)

• XRACCPT (Request Acknowledge program)
