The file organization attribute of the JCL library may not be Partitioned Organization, or there could be another cause. Check the JCL library.

The startup job that is registered in the Job Information does not exist. (ML=E)

Register the startup job in the Job Information again, or create the startup job.

Failed to read the startup job. (ML=E)

There may have been an error in the JCL library. Check the JCL library.

Failed to close the JCL library. (ML=E)

There may have been an error in the JCL library. Check the JCL library.

Failed to release the JCL library. (ML=E)

Refer to the DYNALLOC macro error codes, and take the appropriate measures.
