Information about the job on the host on the receiving side is not displayed during job monitoring of the host on the receiving side |
Check that the Observe program of the host on the receiving side has been started. |
HULFT uses the Send End Date and Time in the Send log as a key to search for log records for jobs that were executed on the host on the receiving side. Therefore, if there is a time difference between the receiving host and the sending host, HULFT cannot search the log records properly. Make sure that there is no significant difference between the system time of the host on the sending side and the host on the receiving side (less than 2 minutes before or after the Send End Time in the Send Log). |
|
Make sure that there is no difference between the host name recorded in the Receive log of the host on the receiving side and the host name found in the Observe Log. During the Receive processing, if the host name on the sending side is not registered correctly in the Host Information, HULFT retrieves the host name from the 'hosts' file. In this case, if the name of the host on the sending side does not match the send source host name registered in the 'hosts' file of the receiving host, host name inconsistency is detected when job monitoring is executed, and therefore job monitoring will terminate with the message 'data does not exist.' |

The application screen activated by Post-send Job, Post-receive Job, or by the job that is specified for Job ID in the File Trigger Information is not displayed |
The following three conditions must be met in order to display the application screen activated by a subsequent job:
|
Incorrect behavior of the application that is activated by Post-send Job, Post-receive Job, or by the job specified for Job ID in the File Trigger Information |
Make sure that the path of the startup job is specified correctly. Confirm that the short name (MS-DOS) is specified if there are any spaces included in the startup job path or execution file name. |
The jobs are activated in the bin folder below the HULFT installation folder. When executing a job that is dependent on the execution directory, it is necessary to move it to a different directory. |
|
If accounts at the time of service activation are not assigned, jobs will be activated as a system-owned process. Keep in mind that the setting of access permission may be required. |
|
Unable to add account (user) information, when executing one of the following jobs: Post-send Job, Post-receive Job, job that is specified for the Command in the Schedule Information, job that is specified for the Job ID in the File Trigger Information |
The account may not have been set in the System Environment Settings. Users entered for Account Settings must satisfy the following conditions:
|
The subject of received mail messages and attachment files are garbled |
With Mail Interface, the following fields are automatically encoded in Base64 format:
= Remarks =
When the user logs on to a UNIX mail server with an appropriate mail account and attempts to read a message by running the mail command, the subject and the sender of the message may become garbled or you may not be able to open attachment files. This is because the UNIX mail command does not support Base64 or multipart messages. In order to receive mail messages correctly, receive them with a resident-POP3, MIME-compatible email program. |
The service information remains even after HULFT uninstallation |
Make sure that you delete HULFT services by using 'utlservice.exe' before uninstalling. If you have already uninstalled HULFT, install the application again and delete HULFT services first. After the deletion, uninstall HULFT. Note
When you run the utlservice command, run it on the command prompt activated by a user who has administrative privileges. |
