Confirm that the Observe process in the requested host is activated. |

Check that log files exist. The screen does not appear if there is no data to be displayed, and the following message appears in the status bar instead: 'Applicable information does not exist.' |

Management information is saved as files in HULPATH. Check that you have permission to write to the folders and files in HULPATH. |
